What type of file do you need for artwork?
A jpg or bitmap image file works well.

What is the turn around time for a typical order?
Setup takes about 3-4 days but we can get it done quicker for a rush fee. Normally you can figure 5 to 10 working days for job completion.

Do we see a sample of the actual embroidery before it is put on our shirts?
Yes, we call them sew outs. To make sure you will get what you expect, we require a sew out approval before production is started.

Can you embroider garments we bring in?
Yes, but the cost is higher, and we offer an excellent choice of garments at very reasonable prices.

What are typical set up costs?
The minimum is $30.00 for left chest. However, our estimates are free, so bring in or send us your requirements, and we will be happy to provide an estimate.

What is the turn around time on letterman jackets?
If the jacket is in stock, it usually takes 5-8 working days. If it is ordered, then it takes 3 weeks for it to come in and another week to complete the work after you have tried it on.
